I started in sales at 18 years old in wholesale real estate, where I launched my own company and partnered with a large disposition team in Baltimore. Over the span of 18 months, I wholesaled 25 properties across five states, building my foundation in negotiation, follow-up, and high-trust deal structuring.
From there, I transitioned into short-term rentals in the premium Washington, DC market. Through cold outreach, I secured three high-end rental properties and managed them directly. When I noticed midweek occupancy gaps in premium listings, I created a strategy to monetize them through location rentals for film productions and commercial shoots — turning idle inventory into high-margin revenue.
That opportunity evolved into building a centralized platform of approximately 7,000 units, including luxury mansions, yachts, and commercial spaces. While scaling that portfolio eventually required more infrastructure than one person could manage, it sharpened my operational thinking and large-scale sales vision.
Most recently, I’ve worked in roofing and insurance restoration, closing high-trust in-home sales and executing door-to-door prospecting. Whether meeting homeowners for 3–4 hour consultations or generating my own pipeline from scratch, I’ve consistently converted conversations into committed deals.
