Hi, I’m Emma. I’ve been in sales for over 20 years, both offline and online, and what that’s given me is a real balance, I bring experience, but I’m also constantly evolving with new methods and ways of selling.
At 40, I sit in a sweet spot. I’m young enough to adapt, stay current, and understand modern buyers but experienced enough to know that sales, at its core, is still about people. For me, it’s never been about pushing a product. It’s about understanding someone properly and helping them solve a genuine problem.
I specialise in high-ticket, consultative sales, where trust and connection matter just as much as strategy. I’ve closed across a range of spaces including info products, tech offers, and medical travel, particularly cosmetic dental treatments in Turkey, where I supported UK clients from first enquiry through to making confident, high-value decisions.
I’ve also sold in the ed-tech space, including coding courses and freelancing packages, which has made me very versatile. I’m comfortable adapting to different industries, learning new offers quickly, and understanding different types of buyers, whether they’re investing in their health, their skills, or their income.
My approach is simple: listen first, sell second. I go deep on discovery, really understanding what’s driving someone, what they actually need, and what a good outcome looks like for them. From there, I guide the conversation in a way that feels natural, clear, and pressure-free.
Before moving fully into sales, I worked in education and ran my own car business which has shaped how I communicate. I naturally break things down, explain clearly, and create a space where people feel comfortable asking questions and being honest. That’s been a huge advantage in building trust quickly and handling objections in a way that feels supportive, not confrontational.
I’ve consistently delivered strong results (including 60%+ close rates on qualified leads), but more importantly, I focus on doing it in a way that feels right, for both the client and the business. Long-term trust always beats short-term wins.
Right now, I’m available part-time (Fridays, weekends, and some evenings), and I’m looking to work with businesses that value genuine conversations, strong relationships, and consistent revenue.
