A fast-growing online coaching company is expanding its sales team and is now hiring experienced High-Ticket Closers to sell its premium $5,000 coaching and mentorship program.
This is a remote, performance-based opportunity for closers who are confident selling transformation-based offers in a structured sales environment.
The program helps individuals improve their personal growth, business direction, confidence, mindset, and income potential through guided coaching and mentorship.

As a High-Ticket Closer, you will be responsible for converting qualified, booked sales calls into paying clients.
You will be expected to:
• Take warm booked sales calls
• Understand the prospect’s goals, pain points, and objections
• Present the coaching offer clearly and professionally
• Handle objections around price, timing, fear, and commitment
• Guide prospects toward a confident decision
• Follow up with undecided prospects
• Update CRM notes after each call
• 10% commission per closed sale
• Offer value: $5,000
• Approx. $500 per closed deal
• Uncapped performance-based earnings
• Qualified booked appointments provided
