As a High-Ticket Closer, your responsibility is to convert qualified booked calls into paying clients.
You will be expected to:
• Take warm sales calls with interested prospects
• Understand each prospect’s fitness goals, struggles, and motivation
• Identify emotional drivers and key objections
• Present the coaching program clearly and confidently
• Handle objections around money, time, confidence, and past failed attempts
• Close ethically and professionally
• Follow up with prospects when required
• Update the CRM after each call
• 7–10% commission per closed sale

• Approx. $280–$400 per closed deal
