Role Overview

As an Appointment Setter, your main responsibility is to turn interested leads into qualified booked appointments.

You will be expected to:

• Respond to inbound enquiries
• Start conversations with warm leads
• Ask qualification questions
• Understand the prospect’s goals and challenges
• Book qualified prospects into calls
• Send reminders and reduce no-shows
• Follow up with leads who do not respond
• Update CRM notes accurately

Compensation

• Commission up to 10% depending on campaign structure
• Offer value: $4,500
• Potential earnings: up to $450 per closed deal
• Commission may be based on booked calls, showed calls, or closed sales
• Uncapped performance-based income
