My name is Sean Carrington, and I’m a high-ticket closer with over a decade of experience working in commission-only sales environments. Over the years, I’ve generated millions in collected revenue across several industries including solar, e-commerce solutions, financial services, and high-ticket coaching programs.
I specialize in consultative sales, strong discovery processes, and guiding prospects toward confident decisions that align with their goals. In addition to closing deals myself, I’ve also built and trained sales teams and helped founders scale their businesses.
Sales Background
I was a top-performing closer at Powerhome Solar before the company closed its doors. During my time there, I developed strong in-home and consultative closing skills.
After that, I spent several years selling e-commerce solutions to small business owners. Many of the clients I placed during that time are still happy customers today, which speaks to my focus on matching people with the right solutions rather than simply making a sale.
About three years ago, I started working in financial services, where I built a large organization and developed a strong book of business selling death benefit policies. As the business grew, I transitioned from one-on-one sales into a one-to-many sales model. I would host weekly group presentations and regularly write up multiple policies in a single evening.
This structure allowed me to scale my impact while keeping my days open to support other founders and businesses.
High Ticket Closing Experience
I currently work with CFS, where I built a strong portfolio from the ground up. In this role, leads are not provided—we generate our own leads, book Zoom meetings, and close clients ourselves.
Beyond closing my own deals, I also train other salespeople within the organization and help them improve their sales performance.
Over the past few years, I’ve also supported founders who sell high-ticket coaching programs by conducting Zoom sales calls and helping convert qualified prospects into paying clients.

I’ve invested heavily in developing my sales skills and have trained under several well-known sales methodologies, including:
Jordan Belfort – Straight Line Persuasion
Grant Cardone – 10X Sales System
Jeremy Miner – NEPQ (Neuro Emotional Persuasion Questioning)
I also apply advanced techniques such as deep discovery questioning, permission-based selling, outcome-driven decision making, and objection handling strategies like the open wallet technique.
Over the years, I’ve become particularly strong at asking the hard questions during discovery and helping prospects clearly connect their desired outcomes with the decisions they make.
Leadership & Training
In my current organization, I serve as a sales trainer and mentor for newer closers. I train and support salespeople within my department while continuing to build my own book of business.
Helping other sales professionals improve their skills has become an important part of my role.
